You're buying from Linda Mercer, trading as Steady Walks. By buying or using either product you agree to what's on this page. You need to be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

What you're buying

Find His Number is a 14-page PDF guide, delivered as an instant digital download. Steady Walks is a web app that runs on your own phone and records your walks locally on that device. Both are digital products. Nothing is posted to you.

One-time payment

Each product is paid for once. There is no subscription, no renewal, and nothing to cancel. The app is licensed to you for personal use for as long as it runs — a single non-transferable licence, per person, not per household resale.

How payment works

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Tax is calculated and charged by Paddle where it applies.

Refunds

Fourteen days, no questions asked, and you keep the files. The full detail is on the Refunds page.

Fair use

Please don't resell, republish or redistribute the guide or the app, strip our name off them, or try to break into the parts of the site that aren't yours. We may withdraw access for that, for non-payment, or for a refunded or charged-back purchase.

What this isn't

Guidance and record-keeping, not veterinary, behavioural, legal or medical advice, and not a substitute for a qualified trainer or veterinary behaviourist. Every dog is different, and no result is promised. If your dog has bitten, is hurting himself, or is getting worse, please see a veterinary behaviourist. You stay responsible for your dog and for how you use what you read.

Availability and liability

We can't promise the site or app is available without interruption or free of faults. To the fullest extent the law allows, implied warranties are excluded, and our liability to you is limited to what you paid us. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law doesn't allow it.
